Formerly based in Brisbane, Nathaniel Savy is an actor and theatre maker who, after making his critically acclaimed Sydney theatre debut in “GOD’S COWBOY” and “FAG/STAG” (Little Stormy Productions), is about to take on the lead role, Antipholus of Syracuse, in “THE COMEDY OF ERRORS” (Shepherd’s Purse Theatre Company).
His previous credits include Greg and U/S Paul in “A CHORUS LINE” (Coastal Theatre Collective), Ensemble and U/S Sir Galahad in “MONTY PYTHON’S SPAMALOT” (Paterson Productions), Ensemble in “HEAD OVER HEELS” (That Production Company and Miraball Productions), Ali Hakim in “OKLAHOMA!” (Lynch & Paterson), The Cat in “SEUSSICAL” (Wells Fargo Pavilion), Cinderella‘s Prince and U/S Baker in “INTO THE WOODS”, Mary Sunshine and U/S Billy Flynn in “CHICAGO”, and Herman and U/S Vittorio Vidal in “SWEET CHARITY”.
As a singer and musician, Nathaniel has also appeared in “CHAMPAGNE CABARET” (Two80 Cabaret), “X-MAS AU REVOIR” (Claire’s Kitchen at Le Salon), “NOSTALGIA” (Sundown Productions), “THE BROADWAY JAM” (JD Pro Co) and “CAROLS BY THE BEACH” (Whitsunday Regional Council). Last year, Nathaniel wrote, produced and starred in his own cabaret, “TO BE FRANK!”, which he performed in his hometown, the Whitsundays, with a 20-piece big band.
