Born and raised in Naarm/Melbourne, Joshua is a classically trained actor/singer/dancer who’s grown up on the stage and screen. Joshua made his professional debut at 12 years old in the Victorian Opera’s (VO) 'The Magic Flute' (Vale Richard Gill AO), performing in four further operas with VO and Opera Australia as a teenager. Other credits include 'A Golem Story' (dir. Michael Kantor), 'Company A' dance review (dir. Kelly Aykers) and John Forman’s 'New Year’s Eve Gala' over a number of years (choreographer. Dana Jolly). A graduate of The Victorian College of the Arts with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Music Theatre), Joshua was the honoured recipient of the Dr. Andrew McAliece and Dr Richard Simmie Award 2020, and the Ron and Margaret Dobell Foundation Industry Award 2021. Since graduating, his credits include ‘The Who’s Tommy’ (VO), the Australian Tour of ‘Mary Poppins’ (Michael Cassel Group & Cameron Mackintosh), ‘Twelfth Night’ (Melbourne Shakespeare Company), ‘Spark’ (Theatre Works) and ‘The Producers’ (Josh Robson Productions & Hayes Theatre Co). Most recently he completed the 40th Australian Anniversary Tour of ‘CATS’. Joshua is proudly represented by Ian White Management.
