Even at a young age and his parents can attest to this, Marcus Catt had the heart of a creative. With a camcorder in hand, his love for telling stories later evolved into him taking to the silver screens, starring in different films such as the feature Locker as Jackson Rex, the short film Hikeback as Mitchell, and a fight choreographed video Lag Lag Go Away as Marcello. These showcase not only his strong talent, but a display of versatile skills and dedication to building upon the craft.
Marcus Catt has a Bachelor's degree in Creative Arts from Flinders University. He has five plus years of film studies under his belt, going on to help create original films like My Father's Son (2022), The Shack (2021), Perception of Sin (2020), and many more. He's also started a non-for-profit company known as "Spritely Productions" and already produced a children's theatre show "The Sprite Without A Name" (2024).
Once the camera's are off and the curtains close, the homebody by nature returns home to recover. He also works at JBHIFI as a retail worker. He likes to spend his time caring for his family, with the occasional alone time for himself reading and watching media content.
