Emily Caelli is an Australian actor, writer and producer building a dynamic career across film, television and digital screen. With supporting roles in screen productions and an extensive portfolio of lead performances in short films and online dramas, Emily is developing a versatile body of work defined by a passion for complex characters and compelling storytelling. In 2024, she was nominated for Best Lead Actress and Best International Actress at the Austen Revolution Film Festival. Emily will next appear in the feature film SITE UNSEEN, slated for theatrical release in 2026 through Maslow Entertainment, the Australian distributor behind acclaimed films Late Night with the Devil and Talk to Me. Alongside her acting career, Emily is an emerging writer and producer with a growing slate of original projects. In 2026 she was selected for the Emerging Producer Placement with Screen NSW. In 2025, she was selected for the PLATFORM Pitch Lab with Sydney Film Festival and Screenworks’ Emerging Producer Elevator Program. She is currently completing a producing placement on the set of Season 3 of The Artful Dodger, produced by Curio Pictures for Disney. Emily made her directorial debut with Pillars of the Community: Wildlife Rescue, which was selected as a finalist at the Australian Women’s Film Festival. Her second short film, Intrusive Thoughts, is currently screening on the festival circuit. With experience spanning acting, writing, directing and production, Emily brings a multifaceted creative perspective to her work and is committed to building a distinctive career across the Australian screen industry.
